1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address, account credentials, and the content you generate through GENIFAI. We also collect usage data such as API requests and generation history.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send security notifications, and prevent abuse.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases with row-level security policies. Asset files are stored in encrypted object storage. We never use your service role key for user-facing queries.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and third-party AI providers for content generation. These providers process your data solely to deliver the Service.
5. Content Ownership
You own all content you generate through GENIFAI. We do not claim ownership of your generated ideas, posts, or images. We do not train AI models on your private content.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Profile → Danger Zone and click "Delete Account". To disconnect your Facebook/Meta data only, go to Settings → Workspace → Social Connections and remove the platform, or remove GENIFAI directly from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites). Account deletion is irreversible and removes all campaigns, assets, and connected platforms.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site and improve the Service. You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
