GENIFAI is an AI-powered marketing workflow engine that generates campaign ideas, social media posts, and visual assets from a single brief.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

5. Intellectual Property

All content you generate through GENIFAI is yours to use commercially. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of GENIFAI.

6. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per generation. Failed generations do not consume credits. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at checkout.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

GENIFAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
